Tuesday 27 September 2011, 19.00-22.00
Relationship management is becoming increasingly important in today's economy. Customers are not always there for the taking anymore, so it is important to retain customers. Various techniques can help you achieve this. In this training we look at finding out customers' needs, interview techniques, giving them the right attention and more of the kind of things to make sure that a customer continues to choose your company.
In addition, we also look at how you form a network and how you can expand it. Extensive networking can bring you a lot. Being able to sell yourself and your company briefly but powerfully plays an important role in this.
Good relationship management and expanding your networks will ensure that your business is stable and successful.
Training objectives:
1) Enable participants to establish better relationships with customers and create new commercial opportunities.
2) Be able to network better and thereby be able to sell your product/company in short conversation.
After the training, participants will be able to:
- Enter into structured, yet free-flowing conversations with customers.
- Create commercial opportunities with customers.
- Expand your network.
- Sell your company and/or product in short conversations.
- Apply communication techniques.
