SEE: SOUTH-HOLLAND INDUSTRY EVENT
ZIE 2024 is the knowledge and networking event for the South Holland technology industry
Zuid-Holland has all the ingredients to achieve strong economic growth: a solid industrial history, over 30,000 manufacturing companies and suppliers, a focus on aerospace, agri & horticulture, machine and shipbuilding, and a large dose of ambition.
These ingredients also offer the opportunity to play a key role in digitalisation, energy transition and the circular economy. Those transitions require technological innovations, but for that, cooperation and knowledge sharing are essential. After all, together we know more than one. This philosophy is the basis of ZIE 2024: the knowledge and networking event for the South Holland technology industry.
This is the central theme: 'New technology for the manufacturing industry'
ZIE 2024, which takes place on 4 April in the Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam, is the central meeting place for the technological industry from South Holland. This annual event connects high-tech and manufacturing companies, suppliers, knowledge institutions, educators and governments. Collaborations between companies and sectors in the South Holland industry are needed to solve today's major societal challenges. This year's theme is therefore 'New technology for the manufacturing industry'.
Hi Delta, network organisation for the technology industry in South Holland, and Mikrocentrum, platform organisation and event organiser for the high-tech and manufacturing industry, are once again joining forces to organise ZIE.
During ZIE 2024, the knowledge programme and exhibition floor will be fully tailored to the topics on the agenda of the South Holland technology industry:
- Space
- Hydrogen and Quantum
- Robotics
- Agri & Food
- Data, Cybersecurity & Artificial Intelligence
- Life, science & health
- Laser satcom
