YKE Talent Programme 2025-2026

Want to grow but something keeps coming up?

Then the YKE Talent Programme is for you. By working on your growth objectives together with a dedicated coach, you will achieve this dot on the horizon. The YKE Talent Programme offers an intensive, customised one-year programme in which you define your growth objectives together with a KIVI coach. Together, you examine what you need to achieve your goals and plan clear milestones. Through five coaching sessions and five master classes organised annually by YKE, you will strengthen your personal growth.

The programme

The YKE Talent Programme kicks off with a kick-off on 28 October. On this evening, we get to know each other, learn about the content of the programme and you can prepare for the sessions to come.

To complete the YKE Talent Programme, you must demonstrably attend 100% of the programme components, i.e. the kick-off and the five coaching sessions and five master classes spread over 2025-2026. In addition to the kick-off, the components of the YKE Talent Programme will take place on the following dates in the evening, so please book them:

Closing

The YKE Talent Programme closes festively with the ceremonial award ceremony on 29 September 2026. During this ceremony, you will receive your certificate after you, as a participant of the YKE Talent Programme, have given a speech about your experience, your development goals and your lessons learned. For this ceremony, you may invite friends, family and colleagues so that they can support and encourage you during this evening.

Participation requirements

Participation in the YKE Talent Programme requires proof of completion of the YKE Growth Programme not older than one year. Not yet participated in the YKE Growth Programme? Check the YKE activity calendar for the next opportunity. The YKE Growth Programme is offered twice a year: one in spring and one in autumn.

Completion

To complete the YKE Talent Programme, you must have demonstrably attended 100% of the components, being the kick-off and the five coaching sessions and associated master classes, of the programme. The YKE Talent Programme concludes with an official certificate.

*Please note that we offer most Masterclasses in Dutch, we can assign an English-speaking KIVI coach if available.

Please note: In case of a no show, we are forced to charge €150 and you will automatically be unsubscribed from the YKE Talent Programme. Refunds (either full or prorated) will not be supported in case of early exit.
