On the sports field, in the workplace; increasingly, people are working together in teams.
The reason for this is clear: by working together, a more powerful result is achieved than by individual effort. Climbing Mt. Everest cannot be accomplished by an individual; it is thanks to the team, that the individual can reach the summit.
However, because each person is unique and different from the other, good mutual cooperation is not a given. A good team leader will therefore take into account the differences in character, skills, preferences and experience.
It is sometimes said, that the chain is as strong as its weakest link. It is for this reason that it is good to gain insight into your own team role and those of your teammates.
The reason concludes with a practical, team-building workshop.
As a tool to define individual team roles, Gazing Performance has chosen the nine personality types of the Enneagram. This method, which is centuries old, has proven its worth in the characterisation of individuals in a team context.
The Enneagram is currently rejoicing in increasing interest, now that the value of this dynamic model has been rediscovered. For anyone interested in the psyche of themselves and others, the Enneagram offers valuable leads and insights.
TRAINING APPROACH
The training has a high degree of interactivity and practical exercise. For the distribution of team roles, the training uses the 9 personality profiles of the Enneagram.
