YKE Talent Programme - 1.1.
Description
This training is part one of the first YKE talent programme.
As a young engineer, it is important that, in addition to substantive professional knowledge, you know enough about management and how you move within it. The training focuses on personal branding and teaches general skills in profiling, presentation and performance. Areas in which knowledge is necessary to ultimately become successful in your field as, for example, manager or supervisor. How do you interact with your colleagues and/or employees? How do you achieve the best results for yourself and the people around you?
In this training we will start to answer these questions.
Learning to profile better.
We take the first steps towards a personal strategy with regard to better profiling. Personal branding and its awareness is becoming increasingly important and the big question is: 'How do I distinguish myself from others and where do I want to go with my talent?' To this end, we map out your personal ambitions, successes and challenges, work on a personal mission statement and deploy a simple SWOT analysis to define where your opportunities and challenges lie. Furthermore, leadership styles and communication styles will be discussed that will have you even more equipped to start using your full potential.
