A general introduction to SPC
Description
The company Statop has been providing training in the field of quality care for many years. In 2008, Statop is starting a completely new approach to its courses, namely approaching quality care from the perspective of corporate social responsibility.
This activity is the first in of two in 2008; in this first meeting, Mr Evers will give an introduction to the SPC in an interactive and light-hearted way. Part 2 will take place in the autumn and will address the first step of the renewed 4-step plan. Minimum number of participants is 15.
