Feed Design Lab

Feed Design Lab is the leading, hands-on, research and training centre for innovation and sustainability in the animal feed sector. More than 100 companies from the sector, based at home and abroad, partner Feed Design Lab and actively participate in the FDL network.

Feed Design Lab has three main activities: renting out existing test facilities, providing training and developing projects. Feed Design Lab is unique in this - nowhere else in Europe do research, training and test feed production take place within one institute.

Programme
14.00h: Walk-in and reception with coffee and flan
14.15h: Presentation by FDL (organisation, origins, activities, work, etc.)
15.00h: Tour of the pilot plant
16.00h: After-dinner chat and any questions
16.30h: Closing

Registration and Details:

- Registration (on the KIVI website) for this activity is possible until 12 Oct.;
- Participation costs : KIVI members free, non KIVI members €5.00;
- Sturdy footwear with non-slip soles / safety shoes recommended;
- During the tour, some (open grid) stairs have to be climbed (in stages a total of 3 floors).
