The first lecture of the evening will be delivered by Mr M.J. Boerakker, senior scientist at DSM Ahead b.v.
Mr Mark Boerakker will deliver a lecture entitled:
Innovation at DSM: State of the art anti-reflective coatings for solar panels.
During the lecture, Mr Boerakker will discuss the concept of anti-reflective coatings and the challenges associated with them, resulting in the development of a robust and simple anti-reflective coating.
He will also explain how this coating originally developed for photographic glass has been made suitable for solar panel glass cover plates and in this way increases solar panel efficiency. The lecture will have a scientific character, without going too deeply into the chemistry and underlying principles.

The second lecture of the evening will be given by Mr Robert Housmans.
He is co-founder and head of sales in the Benelux for Global Eco Tec.
Global Eco Tec is a firm specialising in energy savings and renewable energy for companies and institutions.
