Visualising the cost of non-quality
Description
In this 2nd part of the multi-session on quality assurance, Mr Evers, of Statop Quality Training, gives a brief recap of the previous session before zooming in on the costs of non-quality.
As a result of developments in the market, a book on SPC for operators, engineers and management will be published first next spring. After that, the book on quality costs will receive attention. During this evening, we will get a brief insight into the contents of the SPC book. The book itself will be available in a follow-up session in spring 2009.
This session is also suitable for people who missed the previous session due to circumstances, a few handouts are still available from the previous session (while stocks last). This session will also be accompanied by a handout or workbook.
SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum number of participants is 15 and maximum 30.
