Biljoen restored

Inside the castle, various works and some adjustments were made to make the house suitable for habitation again. The starting point was that the preservation of materials should be paramount and that any new elements could be removed without damage.

In the park, bridges and culverts around the Rozendaal and Beekhuizer streams were repaired. In the park forest, (overdue) maintenance was done with a view to a varied forest for the future with a high nature value.

The historical fences and fence posts along the avenues Biljoen and the Van Spaen allee have also been restored
