City walk in Utrecht
Description
Like any old Dutch city, Utrecht has a wealth of historical heritage. Utrecht's almshouses and "Kameren" are eminently suitable for a closer look. Enjoy this guided tour of the old people's homes of yesteryear and stroll through the picturesque canals and courtyards. See the old gable stones, lanterns and wells, the beautifully landscaped gardens and the old trees. Our guide will entertain you with wonderful stories about the backgrounds and origins of these architectural wonders.
On Saturday afternoon, 26 June 2010, we will depart from the VVV office on the Domplein in Utrecht at 14:00
One guest per member is allowed to accompany us. The walk is less suitable for disabled persons.
