Do you want to work abroad, but are not sure which steps to take? Are you considering a career move towards management? Or do you have the ambition to start your own company and need to spar with someone? As a member, you can ask one of the KIVI Ingenieurscoaches (free of charge) about all these kinds of questions.
Ingenieurscoaches are KIVI members who do this work selflessly on the basis of their experience in engineering, management or their own company. There are about 100 Ingenieurscoaches, working in different positions, in a variety of fields and throughout the country. So there is always an Engineering Coach that suits you!
He/she stimulates, reflects, inspires and looks at your specific situation with an independent view. A KIVI Ingenieurscoach not only acts as a confidential sounding board, but also holds up a mirror to you and increases insight into your professional and personal qualities. Engineering coaches also provide practical advice by helping you with job applications or referring you to other KIVI agencies and career services
