On 24 January 2009, we will visit Castle De Haar in Haarzuilen.
Castle De Haar is the largest and most fairytale-like castle in the Netherlands. With its towers and transoms, moats, gates and drawbridges, the castle looks like an ideal image of a medieval castle.
Kasteel De Haar, park and gardens are definitely worth this visit.
Our region will embark on a 1.5-hour tour with a guide. Here the restoration will be discussed. Also, exceptionally, the chapel will open for you. This will not be completed until 2010 at the earliest
