Afterwards there will be drinks. The chairman will hold a short speech and you can toast to 2014. In addition, there will be ample opportunity for networking, You are cordially invited with your partner.

Naarden is one of the best preserved fortified towns in Europe and especially famous for its unique star shape. The fortress has six bastions, a double wall and double moats. There is good walking around the defences. A cruise around the works is also possible. The extensive, excellently restored fortress, most parts of which remain from the 17th century, is mostly freely accessible. The fortress also houses the Dutch Fortress Museum in the Turfpoort bastion. Here, visitors can see what a fortress looked like during its use, and further view the collection of objects from 1350 to 1945. During frequent activities at the museum, both indoors and outdoors, visitors can also experience what it was like inside a fortress. The Waterline Trail runs around the fortress, making the extent of the works clearly visible. The fortress also hosts the biennial, nationwide FotoFestival Naarden. The entire fortress is still owned by the state. After its military function ceased, its parts were successively transferred from Defence to the portfolio of the Government Buildings Agency. The fortress is a protected townscape. The Naarden fortress is depicted along with Comenius' head on a Czech 200-crown banknote.
