What is Business NLP
NLP is originally a method that aims to make modelling insightful. Modelling is the most basic way of learning. It is said by its founders that NLP is a collection of communication models from social psychology, cybernetics, neurology and information technology.
Also, NLP is said to be an attitude and a method, known for its many change techniques and models, which enable you to quickly develop new skills and behaviours. NLP is applicable in many areas. The opinion that NLP is useful and applicable is shared by many and contradicted by some.
Business NLP is a way of learning in which a professional can always serve 2 aspects at the same time:
1) Work purposefully and efficiently and
2) Communicate elegantly and relationally with people.Applying the so-called 'hard' and 'soft' skills at the same time.
To achieve that, an effectiveness or personality training based on NLP is combined with the most important foundations of the management profession. In other words, the six focus areas that matter everywhere and in every circumstance. These are: strategy, structure, culture, people, resources and results. In addition, the most common management models and theories are covered.
The workshop gives an indication of how to proceed and the results you could achieve.
