Description

On 11 November, we are guests of the Venlo housing foundation Antares in Tegelen. After years of development, Antares is realising a large residential care complex with many care facilities. The starting point for this new residential area is precisely to create a lively environment where it is pleasant to live for young and old. The homes will be built so that when old age comes with its defects, the residents will not have to move, but can simply continue to live here.

189 rental flats will be built. The existing Lingshoeve will be renovated. It will house an activity centre and a semi-detached house, as well as a gymnasium for the nearby schools and associations. Antares will also build a residential care facility here for 42 Psycho Geriatric (PG) patients and a rehabilitation health centre with 33 rehabilitation places. There will also be a day treatment centre, a café-restaurant and office facilities for the care institution.
In short, a mega-project, the first parts of which are almost ready to be delivered. In short, a great opportunity for Kivi-Niria to take a look at this.

After an introduction about this complex by Rob Vrinzen the project manager of Antares, we will take a look at the construction site
