Culinary Wine Walk
Description
KIVI-NIRIA is organising a culinary wine walk with a 5-course menu.
A not-heavy, pleasant walk, which involves sections of several kilometres each time.
Along the way, at about five culinary stopping places, a restaurant from the region will serve one course of dinner. The Reuverse vineyard Hoeve Roozendal then pours its own Limburg wine there, matching the dish. http://www.roozendael.nl/beschr.html
Starting at 3 pm, you will have a unique experience that afternoon/evening. You will walk, enjoy regional dishes and taste wine from Limburg soil.
A culinary wine walk, dominated by the Meuse and its surroundings with partly forested river dunes, very characteristic of this part of Limburg.
Due to extensive organisation, please respond as soon as possible.
1. The continuation of this unique day depends on a minimum number of participants. Currently, this minimum number, of 30 people, has been reached.
2. Due to the capacity of the "stopping places", the maximum number of participants is limited to 50.
3. The receipt of your payment will count as a definite registration!

Global layout afternoon/evening
15h00: Oppe Drake Baek. Reception with coffee. Ample parking.
15h45: Transfer by private car to Herberg de Bongerd. Appetiser with glass of matching wine and explanation.
16h45: Walk to Maashof. Soup or appetiser with glass of matching wine and explanation.
17h45: Departure for walk to next location. Main course with glass of matching wine and explanation.
19h00: Walk to Roozendaalse Hoeve for dessert, with glass of matching wine and
explanation. Guided tour and explanation vineyard.
20h00 Departure to Herberg de Bongerd. Closing with a cup of coffee.
