Family excursion dairy farm
Description
On Sunday 2 November 2014, we have planned a (family) excursion to dairy farm "de Hei" in America (municipality of Horst a/d Maas).
This farm belongs to one of the most automated dairy farms in the Netherlands where the work is almost entirely taken over by robot technology.
Here we will be shown around the young cattle shed and modern dairy barn equipped with 2 milking robots and feeding robot.

11.00 am Reception at farmstead "de Hei"
Over a cup of coffee/tea and Limburg flan, we will hear about the ins and outs of this farmstead. There will be a nice surprise for the children.
