Jabil is a publicly traded, global US company that manufactures electronic equipment on behalf mainly of large industrial customers. Jabil is headquartered in St Petersburg, in the US state of Florida. Jabil is a company completely unknown to the general public, although it is a very large company and one can find the products it produces in many places. The reason is that Jabil is a completely anonymous Electronic Contract Manufacturer that supplies products to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). The company pursues a strategy of serving a limited number but qualitatively and quantitatively prominent customers in their markets. Its largest customers are networking equipment manufacturer Cisco Systems, electronics group Philips , computer and professional equipment manufacturer Hewlett-Packard and automotive supplier Johnson Controls.
In the Netherlands, Jabil has site Venray for Configure to Order, Built to Order, Warehousing and distribution of HP Laserjet Printers, among others, within EMEA.
