Office building 'Kraanspoor'
Visit to the "Kraanspoor"office building on the former NDSM shipyard in Amsterdam In the water along the quay of the Northern IJ-bank stands one of the few remnants of the rich port history, the Kraanspoor . OTH Ontwerpgroep Trude Hooykaas, The Hague, produced a prestigious design for this historic object. In 2006, ING Real Estate Development , Amsterdam, started implementation. The project was completed in the second half of 2007. Redconcepts holds offices in this building, among others, and Ms Jemma Land, Concept Developer at Redconcepts , welcomed us. during the lunch preceding it, we congratulated Ing. Anton Bakker on being appointed a Member of Merit of the KIVI NIRIA .This meeting was attended by 30 participants.

The project was completed in the second half of 2007. Red Concepts holds offices in this property, among others, and Ms Jemma Land, Concept Developer of Red Concepts, will host us.

ROUTE DESCRIPTION
Advice: Come by train and take the free ferry from Waterplein West (Immediately behind A'dam C.S.) to the NDSM wharf. The ferry sails every half hour, quarter past whole & quarter to whole. The ferry takes about 10 minutes. The IJ-Kantine is next to the point of arrival.
By car from the A10: Take exit S118 towards Oostzaanwerf/Tuindorp Oostzaan. At traffic lights follow the signs Noord 1. Turn right at next traffic lights (Molenaarsweg). Molenaarsweg continues into Cornelis Douwesweg. After 2 roundabouts, go straight ahead at traffic lights onto Klaprozenweg, then 1st right (van Riemsdijkweg). Drive straight on towards the water, after 100 metres turn right (MT.Ondinaweg) for parking.
By car from the IJ-tunnel: Enter the IJ-tunnel (S116), direction Noord. After the tunnel, keep right towards Amsterdam Noord. Turn left at traffic lights. Exit Johan van Hasseltweg. Turn right at traffic lights, then left into Klaprozenweg. Follow the road, 1st left after the bridge (van Riemsdijkweg). After
