Polynorm Bunschoten is part of Voestalpine and is engaged in the development, production and marketing of systems for the Automotive Industry and various Industrial Applications markets. By broadening its capabilities in steel and aluminium processing, customer needs are converted into added value. Voestalpine Polynorm is one of the largest suppliers of sheet steel panels and structural steel and aluminium parts in Western Europe. After a welcoming reception with a sandwich lunch, H.Vorstenbosch gave a fascinating introduction about the company in Bunschoten and explained the expansion plans in the USA. This was followed by a detailed tour of the company. It was a treat for technicians to spend several hours among such a high-quality production process. We were able to learn a lot from this visit and, together with the employees of Polynorm, are proud that such a company is located in the Netherlands. 22 members participated in this visit.
