There will be a short General Assembly of Region East on Monday 8 April. The board will account for the past year and update you on recent and upcoming developments within the region. This is also a great opportunity to share your vision and get to know the (new) East Region board members.

After the ALV, there will be a presentation by entrepreneur Chris de Groot of Thimo365 B.V. on prefabricated houses new style.

The shortage in the housing market is enormous and there is a demand for a hundred thousand homes a year in the next ten years and the question of whether we are going to achieve that with the current laws and regulations.
One of the people who is really doing something about the housing shortage is Chris de Groot of the company Thimo365 B.V. He has a company that develops energy-efficient homes, builds them and then can put them up on location as a whole at lightning speed.

Detached houses, but preferably in clusters with several houses next to and on top of each other. All this according to a fixed concept, taking into account that the houses can be moved again later without being demolished and rebuilt at a different location. Several locations in the Netherlands already have his houses.

Chris is an engaging speaker. During the lecture, he will explain what his houses look like. After the lecture, there will be an opportunity to talk afterwards with drinks and snacks.
