Everyone is willingly or unwillingly involved in projects from time to time. This sounds obvious, but what does it actually mean when something is taken up project-wise?

Anyone wanting to know more about it soon ends up in all kinds of formal and expensively paid courses, which try to prescribe how things should be done according to the method in question. Bureaucracy and nasty surprises are the potential result.

Dick van Vlooten knows this world like the back of his hand (from his own experience), but takes a different approach himself. In his own unique way, he will take us through the do's and dont's, lacing his story mainly with if not's; what could happen if you do things differently! From this insight, it no longer feels like an obligation, but a logical choice to tackle things project-wise.
