With its steel frame construction concept, TESC is revolutionising the Dutch construction industry and enabling fully recyclable construction of homes and offices. TESC B.V. makes it possible to build energy-neutral homes that fully comply with the principles of the Passiefbouwen.nl foundation. TESC exploits the advantages of industrial construction in terms of dimensional accuracy and speed of construction. With the addition of TESC's own developed pragmatic solutions and new means of production, it is now possible to deliver energy-saving products that meet the required quality and sustainability. TESC intends to be the market leader in Europe in the field of steel frame construction within a few years.
To market the steel frame construction concept, TESC has set up a partnership with new-build brokers and regional contractors under the name OK Huis.
