On Monday, March 28, KIVI Region East is organising a tour of the TechMed Centre, for some KIVI members perhaps still known as the CT building or Langezijds.

Within the TechMed Centre, the three pillars of medical technology come together: education, development and innovation. The tour will cover various simulation rooms, such as the hybrid operating theatre with advanced ARTIS pheno and the simulated Intensive Care rooms with the Human Patient Simulator. There is also time to get hands-on with the ultrasound and laparoscopy simulators.

It is definitely worth taking a look!

After the tour, a short General Assembly of Region East will take place. The board will be accountable and a great opportunity for you to meet the board members.

The programme is as follows:

15.00 h Reception with coffee and tea in the Atrium

15.30 h Welcome by Paul de Jong, chairman KIVI Region East

15.35 h Tour of the Techmed Centre

17.00 h Short ALV (room TL 3338)

17.30 h Closing with drinks in the Atrium
