KIVI/BTC Café Canvas Business Model
Description
Whether you are a start-up (UT Challenger!) or an established company, this fast-changing world demands flexible organisations, which constantly innovate and adapt down to the level of their Business Model. A popular management tool used worldwide for this purpose is the Business Model Canvas, by Alexander Osterwalder in co-creation with of 470 experts.
Prof Bart Nieuwenhuis, professor at UT, lecturer at Fontys International Business School, and owner of consultancy firm K4B Innovation, will take us into the world of business model innovation during an interactive workshop. He will introduce the model using a number of concrete practical examples, after which the participants will start working with the model themselves. Afterwards, personal experiences can be exchanged while enjoying a drink.
