Wouter van der Zee discusses Case Based Learning (CBL). The method falls into the same category as Problem Solved Learning and Action Learning. CBL is a form of informal learning. The starting point is: more focus on the working environment of employees to transfer and secure knowledge. Much of our brain capacity is used for image processing. Pictures of practical situations not only secure the storage of new knowledge, but also ensure that new knowledge is remembered for longer.
