Description
A new year, a new beginning! 2009 will go down in the history books as an eventful year. With a global economy that has changed enormously. In which all the major powers, people and companies are repositioning themselves and wondering how to move forward.
Change does not always have to be an improvement or a deterioration. However, it does create the need to change with it. To find possibilities and seize new opportunities.
2010 will be a year in which major changes will take place. In which new ideas and technologies will emerge.
As the Royal Society of Engineers, we want to follow these developments together with you. Create cooperation under the motto:
The strength of a group is often greater than the sum of all individuals.
We hereby invite you, and your partner/interested party, to the New Year reception
19.30 h Reception with coffee
20.00 h Presentation by Tjisse Wallendal, director of Sportstad Heerenveen, on the origins and future of the stadium.
20.30:00 A tour of the stadium has been organised for interested parties. The focus will be on the technical aspects of the stadium (energy, new construction, etcetera).
This will be followed by the informal part. While enjoying a snack and a drink, there will be the opportunity to exchange views, renew existing contacts or make new ones.
The closing of this evening will be around 22:30. Of course, everyone is free to stay longer, at their own expense.
Registration and payment for participation can be made until Friday 15 January 2010.
