This time, for the New Year's Meeting, we are guests at Het Nationaal Muziekkwartier, a collaboration between the Stadsschouwburg, Muziekcentrum Enschede, Atak, Nationale Reisopera, Orkest van het Oosten, De Muziekschool Twente and ArtEZ Conservatorium.
Housed in an architecturally sleek and modern building, whose acoustics of the large auditorium are praised nationwide.
What few people know is that the acoustics of this auditorium can be adjusted to the requirements and wishes of the performance, for an optimal end result.
Marco Rouw, Head of Engineering, will tell us all about it during a behind-the-scenes tour.
In addition, perhaps a hint will be given about the planned construction of a footbridge between the halls and the theatre, to enable even more events. The meeting will conclude with New Year drinks
