Description

At Zwolle station, ProRail is hard at work on the
replacement of the old 5-metre-wide tunnel with a completely
new 17-metre-wide tunnel. This is necessary due to the increase
in passenger numbers.
A new "4th (island) platform" is also being constructed to provide
sufficient space to accommodate the increase in the number of trains,
partly caused by the Hanze Line. A
presentation and film about the projects will be followed by a visit to the construction site.
