Description

The board of the Region South invites its members to the annual meeting. Like last year, at a place worth seeing
and with an interesting programme. Not only for members, be sure to bring your partner or guest.

Reception from noon with a sandwich lunch. The museum's spacious special foyer offers every opportunity to get acquainted with your fellow members and the board in an informal way, especially for new members.

At one o'clock the meeting for RZ members. In the meeting, you can express your wishes and help give direction to new initiatives. You will be extensively informed about the programme and developments within your association.
During the meeting, partners and guests will attend a workshop in which the secrets of textiles will be revealed and where, under expert guidance, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills in felting wool.
At half past two, this part of the programme will be concluded at the same time as the annual meeting; participation up to this point is free of charge.

In the second part of the programme, the tour of the textile museum. Accompanied by a guide through the wool weaving mill in operation, past the special Jacquard machine for seamless weaving, a look at the laboratory for advanced applications of textiles and with viewing of the then current exhibition the excursion concludes. We will meet in conclusion in the foyer for a celebratory high tea.

The annual meeting is free for Region South members (do register).
