Description

Innovative CRIACE® methodology applied at Agriculture - machinery factory.
Agricultural machinery factory Kuhn provides proof that training that employees do as part of their work in the workplace increases their commitment and further improves business operations.
In February, SBK Advies & Training organised a workshop for KIVI NIRIA members during which the innovative CRIACE® training methodology was explained. During this workshop, a number of business cases were discussed. To see a case study and its effect in practice, we would like to invite you to this company visit at Kuhn-Geldrop BV(formerly Kverneland).

Landbouwmachinefabriek Kuhn in Geldrop produces technically high-quality drum mowers, variable balers, fixed chamber balers and wrappers with 330 employees.
Kuhn-Geldrop BV was keen to retain the employees it has for a longer period of time by providing work that offers variety and responsibility. In doing so, the company also expected to improve the results of the production process. That is why, years ago, the assembly department switched from conveyor belt production to assembly teams doing more extensive assembly work in assembly stations. For the three teams with a total of 50 employees, SBK was asked to develop a customised training course for Kuhn-Geldrop BV and which would at the same time provide a generally recognised diploma. With their knowledge broadening, the people are now deployable in several posts, which also gives them more variety and responsibility.

SBK Corporate Training applies the CRIACE® methodology to set up the improvement of human performance on the shop floor in a structured way and to secure the improvement. The methodology is particularly transparent. Following the methodology not only leads to competent, motivated employees, but also provides a structure in which colleagues train each other on the shop floor. In doing so, CRIACE® lays a solid foundation for the "learning organisation".
At the specialised agricultural machinery factory Kuhn-Geldrop BV, SBK and Kuhn would like to invite you to experience successively in a company presentation, a tour and an explanation of the application of the methodology and how this unique methodology works in practice. During this company visit and the drinks at the end, there will of course be ample opportunity for questions and to exchange thoughts.
