Description

Introduction
Business Model Innovation is becoming increasingly important in conjunction with the value creation of organisations. A well-designed business model can lead to high operating results but needs to change due to market and technology innovations. Why is it that small (high-tech) start-ups are rapidly overtaking larger organisations or even putting entire industries out of business? A study by Eindhoven University of Technology on Business Model Innovation and Creativity Techniques & creativity templates makes connections on how to foster creativity to drive business model innovation in the organisation. What patterns are there in this area and are these the winning patterns for the future in Business Model Innovation?

Objective
To inform management, board and business consultants of the importance of Business Model Innovation and to test a scientific model with links between BMI and various creativity techniques & creativity templates. It is possible to send in the organisation's own business model (case), which can serve as a template for the workshop. In addition, various cases are available that can serve as examples in Business Model Innovation. Ultimately, a follow-up process can start after the workshop if desired.

Target group
Management, directors, business consultants, change managers (HBO/WO engineers), who are involved in market development in their professional practice.
