Introduction:
The master class "Growing through after a successful start-up" will show participants how to organise and manage their continued growth.

Many start-ups have similar characteristics.
There is an enormous enthusiasm for what they want to do and all the time and energy is spent on realising what they believe in. There is a personal working method which manifests itself in an extraordinary quality and service orientation and intensive customer loyalty.

After a successful start, business activities start to grow, in number and in diversity. The number of customers increases and new employees need to be recruited.
This means that the company enters a new phase. It implies that management is faced with a number of strategic questions that require resolution and implementation.
This primarily concerns management itself. It is difficult for every starter to delegate, but this will have to be done anyway.
