Description

During this workshop, three organisations will give you an outline of the do's and don'ts in the job market and the opportunities available to you from different perspectives. They will do this by giving an outline of the jobs that match your field of study and the process to get to such a challenging job.

First, Continu, a specialised technical intermediary, will give a bird's eye view of the opportunities in the labour market, the steps you can take to get the job of a lifetime and how they, as an intermediary, support young technicians in their search.
Afterwards, a (project) engineer from LAN Handling Systems, a leading organisation active in special machine construction, will show how an industrial automation graduate finds a challenge in the multidisciplinary design of machines for the food and pharmaceutical industries and independently designing the control software for these machines.
Afterwards, an engineer from Reditech Engineering will show, on the basis of concrete examples from practice, how they, as an independent system integrator, devise solutions for (complex) industrial automation projects for various clients in both machine construction and (petro)chemistry, and what a starting engineer can do in this respect.

In conclusion, these three specialists will be ready to answer all your pressing questions and tell you more about the topics discussed, and they will be able to show you more about them using visual material.

At the end and during the break, you can look at the photo reports on the walls, the videos of the various processes and, of course, ask the specialists questions.
