In the commercial environment, we offer services and/or sell products. When we do this, we are convinced of the value they have for third parties. However, this does not obviously apply to the party we are so keen to welcome as a customer.
SUCCESS in business therefore depends to a large extent on our ability to make it clear to the customer that our offer perfectly covers his need and more than that.... In this way, there is no more discussion about the value of our offering. It is often much harder to describe services than a product. Commercially, however, this means that a service can usually respond to a customer's need much more flexibly than a product.
For a product, however, the scope of application can be much broader than the design suggests. After all, a car tyre is not designed to protect boats from damage when moored, but is very much used for that purpose. Now more than ever, we cannot afford to miss out on opportunities or possibilities by having to drop out too soon.
This one-day workshop will give you a range of ways to translate to your customer's needs in such a way that there is no more discussion about the value you have for your customer. This means that:
- on the basis of your own commercial experience, you can increasingly translate your offer to your customers in their interest;
- as a result, you will experience increasing attention and interest from your customer;
- as a result, your offer will more easily result in commercial success;
- you will have long-term customer relationships because you will increasingly have recognisable value for your customer
