The Techcafé is the central meeting place for professionals in the high-tech and manufacturing industry. Whether you are an engineer, designer, entrepreneur or student, our Techcafé offers you the chance to network, exchange ideas and learn more about the latest developments in the industry. Each edition focuses on one main theme. Experts share their knowledge during the talk show to inspire and stimulate new ideas and implement them in organisations.

The Techcafé is organised by DSPE, Brainport Industries and Mikrocentrum.

In modern production processes, accurate quality control is crucial to minimise errors, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Traditional inspections are often manual, time-consuming and error-prone. Advanced machine vision systems combine smart cameras, AI and data processing to assess products with unprecedented precision and significantly increase the reliability of quality checks. The result: the production process runs more efficiently and product quality remains consistent.

In the food industry, quality control plays a crucial role due to increasingly stringent food safety and hygiene requirements. How does this industry deal with this and what can high-tech sectors learn from this?
