In the middle of last year, KIVI's executive committee appointed Bart Struwe as interim director. In addition to tasks to support progress, he was tasked with outlining a perspective for the course KIVI should take into the future in terms of what it should offer its members and its role in society.

For that assignment, Bart did a broad survey within the association with a number of information rounds among both older and also specifically younger members.
