INTRODUCTION
In this workshop you will learn to discover what the USPs (Unique Selling Points) of your product or service are. Perhaps you already know them, are going to discover them or you find out that you don't have any USPs (yet)!
Because USPs determine why and how you distinguish yourself from your competitors!
Together with colleagues you can exchange experiences and spar under the guidance of two experienced experts in this field.

The workshop consists of 2 parts. The 1st part focuses on your personal characteristics / qualities. (by Saskia Blom)
Then, in the 2nd part, the translation is made from these properties / qualities to the uniqueness (USPs) of your product or service. (by Richard de Groot)

In cooperation with Region South, KIVI NIRIA's Commercial Engineering department is organising this workshop, in which the concept of USPs and their application will be further discussed.
