Description

Following in the footsteps of TU Eindhoven, UT will also organise an annual entrepreneurial competition for all students: the University of Twente Entrepreneurial Challenge (UT Challenge). A unique format that gives students the opportunity to present their own ideas, projects and startups to the business community and develop these in co-creation, both on and offline. All this takes place under the roof of UT in a region where, through the unique combination of open innovation and top technology, solutions to the global societal challenges of today and tomorrow are conceived and created.

Two key UT spearheads are that students are encouraged to be entrepreneurial during their studies and come into contact with the business community. This is exactly where the core of the UT Challenge is hit: giving students the opportunity to present their innovative ideas to the business community. It is an excellent opportunity for students to come into contact with role models who have experience in the working field and to put themselves in the spotlight of technical companies in the context of a future career.

KIVI members are welcome to attend the UT Challenge grand final, which takes place on 13 June. The final is part of the UT Entrepreneuial Day.

KIVI is an official partner of the project and will become part of the ecosystem of entrepreneurial (UT) students and the business community linked to the project
