Workshop: Selling

Often, when we think of selling, we think of a pushy salesman trying to sell us a product. However, sales is not only about selling a product, but also, for example, about selling your plans, ideas, decisions or selling yourself. Even as a technician, you always have to deal with this at some point.

In this workshop, we will put ourselves in the mind of the buyer. What kind of processes take place in the other person's head and how can we influence this?

By finding out where the other person is mentally located, we know which strategy we need to employ at a given moment to get someone further into the decision-making process. This way, we can ensure that we manage the buying process with the other person, without coming across as manipulative and pushy. The other person will feel comfortable being approached by us and see the decision as a voluntary choice.

We will thus become more successful in communicating our ideas and selling a product or service
