A year ago, Network of Women Engineers (NVI) launched its first mentoring programme 'Growing Together'. This past year, the programme, which is dedicated to helping ambitious women grow professionally, was successfully completed in December. The programme is not only a very good initiative to work on your individual career, but also contributes to growing and strengthening the community of women in engineering.
Thanks to the cooperation between NVI and the Marina van Damme Network, a solid foundation has been laid for a community in which women continue to inspire and strengthen each other.
Start Mentoring Programme 2026
The programme consists of a mentoring programme, coaching and knowledge sessions linked to the themes of personal development, networking and leadership. The knowledge sessions are open to everyone, even if you do not participate in the mentoring programme. Men are also welcome. You can register for the knowledge sessions via the activity calendar on the KIVI website.
The mentoring programme 'Growing Together' starts this year on 16 April with the Matchmaking Day.
