10.30 - 11.15: Keynote Hans Cremer
The tilt towards the skills-based labour market is underway, in which the CV in its current form will soon no longer exist. A CV only says what you have done and not what you can do or what you have a talent for.
Hans Cremer has been leading the national Integral Skill Passport Programme for four years now and takes you into this new world, where it is recognised that we first have a mismatch and only then can we talk about a shortage on the labour market. He uses the national Defence pilot 2025/2026 to show, among other things, that skills-based working really works in practice and gives several examples from other sectors.
