Digital Governance

Discover what’s possible within KIVI: KIVI’s programmes

During the ‘KIVI on the Map’ event, it became clear that there are many more digital possibilities within KIVI and that we can make better use of these opportunities together. That is why we are organising a digital board members’ day on 16 November for board members of the branches.

This afternoon, we’ll take you on a practical tour of KIVI’s digital environment. How do you collaborate on a project, how do you share documents, and how do you ensure the right people have access to the right information? We’ll also show you how to create and manage events on the KIVI website yourself.

In addition, we’ll be looking at the procedure for new members, the various options for activities and prizes, and how your branch can reach out to and engage new members. We’ll be sharing more information on how KIVI currently handles this for all members via various email campaigns.

A practical afternoon where you’ll see what’s possible, ask your own questions and, armed with a better understanding of the digital options, get back to work within your own branch.

Who is it for?
This session is intended for board members of KIVI branches.
