The Asset Management & Maintenance Department will organise a series of online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2022.
The themes for this year will focus on "what can" and "what should". Technical, social and societal impact of relevant developments and compliance with Laws and Regulations in TBO in buildings will be addressed.
The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16:30 to 18:00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI Website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI Website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.
In the 2 March 2022 session, we would like to revisit last year's central theme, Asset management in Building Maintenance. Our guest speaker is Marco Berkhout (see also https://www.linkedin.com/in/marco-berkhout/), Programme Manager Regional Energy Strategy at the Province of North Holland and Ambassador Asset Management at iAMPro(https://www.iampro-portaal.nl/ ), the community for asset managers of the Netherlands.
KIVI Asset Management & Maintenance board member Aart de Jong of Tiberius Maintenance, also a member of the KIVI Building Committee and working as an advisor on Technical Management and Maintenance, will introduce the session.
In the content part, Marco Berkhout will point out promising asset management aspects from his experience that can be applied in building maintenance. Through interaction with the participants, their experiences will also be exchanged so that obstacles and accelerations are discussed in sufficient detail.
