The Maintenance Department will organise monthly online sessions on every 1st Wednesday in 2021 covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings.
As a framework, standards such as ISO 55000-Asset management, ISSO Sustainable Management and Maintenance, NEN standards and other standard guidelines will be used. At the same time, a practical interpretation is given from the perspective of the technical management and maintenance of the monumental KIVI building. We will also regularly invite frontrunners, market leaders and objective knowledge sharers to tell their stories.
The aim of the sessions is to take participants through all aspects involved in Building Maintenance.
The sessions will take place from 16:30 to 18:00 via Teams and will be recorded in this time block so that people can watch them again on the internet. Digital walk-in starts at 3.30pm. After 6pm, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 7pm.
Wednesday, October 6, 2021, the 9e online session will take place, dealing with Property Exploitation.
KIVI Maintenance board member Aart de Jong of Tiberius Maintenance, also a member of the KIVI Building Committee and working as an advisor on Technical Management and Maintenance, will introduce this session.
Hubert Linssen, Programme Manager Sustainable Real Estate TU Delft (see also https://www.linkedin.com/in/hubertlinssen/) will use an example to elaborate on, among other things, the financial perspectives on the demand side of improvement proposals and sustainability projects.
Julian van Groesen, Consultant at Campus and Real Estate (CRE) of TU Delft and co-owner of GBM Advies (see also https://www.linkedin.com/in/julianvangroesen/) will elaborate on the opportunities and challenges on the supply side in these improvement proposals and sustainability projects.
The session promises a number of concrete cases and practical examples, with of course plenty of room for questions and interaction!
