The Asset Management & Maintenance Department will organise a series of online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2022. The themes for this year will focus on "what can" and "what should". Technical, social and societal impact of relevant developments and compliance with laws and regulations in TBO in buildings will be addressed.

Specifically, we will take participants through the possibilities offered by a Purpose Case and the obligations defined, for example, in the RVB BOEI.

The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16.30 to 18.00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI Website. Digital walk-in starts at 4pm. After 6pm, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 6.30pm.

KIVI Assetmanagement & Maintenance board member Aart de Jong of Tiberius Maintenance, also a member of the KIVI Building Committee and working as a consultant on Technical Management and Maintenance, will guide the session.

The content part of this webinar will be filled in by Matthijs Bobeldijk (see also Matthijs Bobeldijk | LinkedIn ), author of the book "Impact", and developer of the Purpose Case, a tool for arriving at cooperation business models, where the non-financial returns of cooperation are also taken into account. Matthijs will take us through the ideas of the meaning economy and developing social business models. We will then discuss what this way of working can mean for Asset Management & Maintenance.

The session promises to be a solid start to the annual programme!
