The Asset Management & Maintenance Department will organise a series of online sessions in 2022 covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings.
The themes for this year will focus on "what can" and "what should". Technical, social and societal impact of relevant developments and compliance with Laws and Regulations in TBO in buildings will be addressed.
The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16:30 to 18:00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI Website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.
In the session on 6 April 2022, we will start with the first "What to do theme": Compliance.
KIVI Assetmanagement & Maintenance board member Aart de Jong of Tiberius Maintenance, also a member of the KIVI Building Committee and working as an advisor on Technical Management and Maintenance, will introduce the session.
In the content part, Anand Moelchand and Erik van der Wel will take us from their knowledge and experience in the compliance theme, which will not be limited to just compliance with Laws and Regulations in Technical Management and Maintenance. Some participants probably remember them from the November 2021 webinar or as authors of the book "Organisation of Building Maintenance". In other words, prolonged due to success!

There will be plenty of room for interaction, where we will aim to give all participants more insight and tools on regarding compliance in building maintenance.
