2nd online session Building Maintenance 2021 on 3 March next.
The Maintenance Department will organise monthly online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2021.
Standards such as ISO 55000-Asset management, ISSO Sustainable Management and Maintenance, NEN standards and other standard guidelines are used as a framework. At the same time, a practical interpretation is given from the perspective of the technical management and maintenance of the monumental KIVI building. We will also regularly invite frontrunners, market leaders and objective knowledge sharers to tell their stories.
The aim of the sessions is to take participants along in developing a vision, strategy and concrete policies and sub aspects. The sessions take place monthly on every1st Wednesday of the month.
The sessions take place from 16.30 to 18.00 via Teams and are recorded in this time block so that people can watch them again on the internet.
Digital walk-in starts at 3.30pm. After 6pm, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 7pm.
Next Wednesday, 3 March, the2nd online session will take place, covering Real Estate Strategy, Planning and Decision-making in Building Maintenance.
KIVI Maintenance board member Aart de Jong of Tiberius Maintenance, also a member of the KIVI Building Committee and working as an advisor on Technical Management and Maintenance, will introduce this session.
Business engineer and ISO 55000 expert Dave Grund of Oxand and closely involved in the quality assurance of the Green Arch (DBFM project of connecting the A13 motorway with A16/A20), will elaborate on the central theme and aspects of the "line of sight". The parallel between infra and real estate will lead to instructive insights!
Besides knowledge sharing, we aim for a lot of interaction, for which there will be plenty of room.
