Description

Make an impact in the market with your own innovation! Write and initiate your own action plan for a successful customer approach with social media under the guidance of experienced innovation managers.

Have you developed a great product and are you looking for additional ways to market it successfully? With "customer-driven innovation techniques", you can successfully bring smart concepts to market.

In this unique workshop, exclusively for members of KIVI NIRIA, you can discover the secrets of "Customer-driven Innovation with Social Media" and afterwards you will have a concrete action plan in your hands to successfully market your own innovation as well.

What is it all about? Customer-Driven Innovation is about developing products and services that closely match the (latent) wants and needs of consumers and companies. As a result, they are quickly accepted. Everything you need for this, we develop together during the workshop. In addition to this practical side of customer-driven innovation, various methods and techniques will be provided to help you develop new concepts yourself that are specifically tailored to your organisation.

The primary approach of this workshop is to increase the impact of your innovations. To prevent your efforts from ending up at the bottom of a drawer, we will elaborate on the following questions:

- How do you determine the viability of your innovations at an early stage?
- Which target groups are best suited to your innovations?
- How can you use social media effectively for this purpose?
- How do you ensure that the innovations you develop are in line with the wishes and needs of the target groups?
- How do you involve target groups in your innovations at an early stage and how can you use social media for this purpose?
- How do you gain insight into the real wishes and needs of your target groups?
- How do you turn your target groups into real ambassadors?

Two experienced innovation managers lead the workshop. Based on their own experience and daily practice, they will provide concrete tips on how to create a true customer-driven innovation and then launch it successfully in the market.

Tools that will be reviewed during this day include:
- Voice of the Customer
- Customer-driven Propositions
- Blue Ocean Strategy
- Social Media

The workshop lasts one day and is interactive. This means that you will work on your own cases arising from your own organisation. This workshop also launches the KIvI niria Social Media Learning Community. This is a platform where members can learn from each other's practical experiences with social media and innovation
